Site Manager and Maintenance Manager

Both roles should be involved in the understanding of the new sala. They will look after small repairs and new installation, but failure or contractors installation should be treated with the Snagging List.

Training

Needs training for heating officers.

Need to manage the control panels

• Kitchen Appliance see Kitchen
• Heating - Heat pump and Under-floor (UFH)
  • new officer (sala officer) WM, WN, EM, MM
  • 4 zones
• Ventilation - MVHR/ AHU (Air Handling Unit)
• Hot Water - Kitchen and toilets (Pump), Monks' and Nuns' and Flower Studio (electric)
• Lighting - Internal switches and external PIR
• Rooflight and skylight operation
• Fire alarm
• Audio - Speakers, microphone and sound mixer
• Visual - Camera, projector and streaming test
• Liasion for internet swtich over
• Water filter
• Plumbing - EM, MM, WM, WN
• Electrical Distribution boards - 100 circuits on 4 boards, EM, MM, WM, WN
• Back-up generator - the engineers spelled out the use sequence as it is important. Please kindly help arrange a laminated instruction sheet with the following: (a) move it out
  of storage, (b) connect the earthing point, (c) connect generator to the power system, (d) Start the generator, (e) 
• Go upstairs to the switch-room and toggle the change-over switch
