Responsibilities:

1) Making sure we have

• Table
  • Sangha Room Table available but small
  • Ubon Room Table available at some point (good enough?)
• Chairs
  • Sangha Room chairs available 
  • Ubon Room chairs available at some point
• Shrine
  • Suggestion: Shrine on the wall - build a small wooden shelf on the wall between two windows.
  • Check with Ajahn Amaro and Ajahn Nyanarato
• Storage (only monastic) 
  • Need a list of what goes where
  • Suggestion: install a small folding table on the wall as a tea station during meetings. W-60cm, H-95cm, L-150cm. Check with Ajahn Amaro and other senior members of community before proceed. 
• Meeting Supply
  • TV, pads, pens, etc.

2) Coordination

• When the building is ready. Organising the moving of things (with work monk, nun)
