Which area to prioritise first?

1. Kitchen Set Up -> ordering -> installation -> training -> running
2. Sala Set-Up (Living Space, Entrances and Eating Area, bowl washing area) -> ordering -> storing -> running
   
3. Audio/Video (mic, PA, Live stream, recording of opening ceremony)
4. Network -> ordering -> installation -> switch over (done by Rachaya?)
5. Storage (moving out of RC, blue containers) -> shelving (ordering) -> moving & storing -> usable storage
   
6. Grounds
7. Recycle
8. Workshop
9. Flower
10. Garden

September	Internet Switch Over (end of Sep) 19 Sep - 17 Oct (Cittadhammo Personal Retreat) End of September: Fire and H&S Meeting to decide on protocol?
October	Walks Around the site (check with Yom Maew) The client training is scheduled for 4days on 28-29-30-31 October. End of October (the carpet is fitted)
November	7 Nov - Construction work End Date 10th Nov Kathina: Main hall and Toilet ready Soft Landing (use of Main Room, eating room, but not kitchen yet, see Kitchen)
December	29th Blessing Ceremony for the new Sala, needs Audio Video
January 2025	Winter Retreat
February	Winter Retreat
March	Winter Retreat
April
May	End of May - RC ready for in person retreat
June	Cittadhammo departs for Thailand or after vassa?
