• Precision Hand miter saw (they have 2 in chithurst): £60
  • (not sure it is needed, but it is good to have for begginer who cannot use the power tools)
• Go thtough socket set : £100 quite expansive, maybe a cheaper one somewhere
• Clamp for drill press: £10 (They have one exrta in Chithurst)
• Bench Belt sander: (would be nice to have a 6")

• Magnetic Rake : £56
  • For Joshua, grounds, needed for clearing metal in the grass area and around the workshop
