A packed meal for the passenger (the person requesting the drive) is not the main responsibility of the TC.

• It is however the responsibility of the TC to think about a meal for the driver. If it is unclear if the driver will return at Amaravati before the meal, contact the requester to ask for clarification. When you think that the driver will not be back in time for the meal, check with them if they would like to have an early or packed meal.

• If the requester of a drive did ask for a meal with the drive request, the TC should put it in the Kitchen diary. Refer to Transport Coordinator - meal and packed lunches.pdf

• If the requester did not ask for a packed meal together with the drive request, the TC can presume that they will arrange for their own meal. The only exception is Ajahn Amaro, we should try to take good care of him.
