Packed meal

• IfA packed meal for the passenger has(the requestedperson a packed breakfast and/or lunch in their drive request, add that intorequesting the Kitchen diary. However, itdrive) is not the main responsibility of the TC.

• It is however the responsibility of the TC to ask passengersthink about it.a meal for the driver. If it is unclear if the driver will return at Amaravati before the meal, contact the requester to ask for clarification. When you think that the driver will not be back in time for the meal, check with them if they would like to have an early or packed meal.

• If the requester did not ask for a packed meal together with the drive request, the TC can presume that they will arrange for their own meal. The only exception would beis Ajahn Amaro, we should try to take specialgood care of him.

  Think

if the driver needs to have a packed breakfast/lunch, because this is the responsibility of the TC.

In case the passenger did request a packed meal, you can ask the driver to pick it up before the drive. But if it is an outside driver, the passenger or their upatak should have to pick up the meal themselves.
