How to calculate departure time?
GoogleLuton maps usually gives a good indication about the time it takes to get to your destination.
It also offers the option to check for a certain day and time, in which case it gives an indication about the time it might take based on rush hour, weekdays or weekends etc.
If the passenger requests a departure time, then they probably know how long it will take to get to their destination. If they do not, here are a few points to consider.
The first thing to think about is whether they need to be at their destination at a certain time. In this case it is good to build in some buffer in the drive, it is better to be early than late.
When you are picking them up at a certain location it is not necessary to work with a buffer, but you can aim to be there at the time that, for example, their train arrives.
The next table gives some examples and rough guidelines on how to determine when you should leave Amaravati for certain key locations:

Pick-up:
Aim to be there about 30 mins after the plane is due to arrive,airport, leaving ABM 152:30 minuteshours before the planeflight arrives. It is better(30min to let the passenger wait, because parking is expensive.
Drop-off: Try to bego there at+ least 2 to 2.5 hours before.
Calculate 1 hour for driving > >roughly depart 3 to 3.5 hours before their plane is due to take off.

Pick-up: Leave at the time the plane is due to land. It takes the passengers usually around 30 mins to get their luggage & find the bus to the Long Term car park. Stays longer than 1 hour will be charged at full daily rate, and there’s no return within 4 hours.
Drop-off: Try to be at the airport 2 hours before take-off, leaving ABM 2.5 hours earlier.
There is no bus service serving the Mid Stay Car Park until further notice.
