Responsibility

1. Setting up the Tea Station
   1. Shelve installation and buying ?
2. Overseeing the moving and assembling of the big shrine with Tan Khemadassi
   1. The base of the shrine is in Heart Wood House. Need to measure the exact dimension (Tan Khemadassi)
      1. Boxing around the shrine
   2. The white buddha rupa is in the Sala container
   3. Missing drawer in Sala Container
3. Selecting of what is needed for the niche shrine. (check with Ajahn Amaro)
4. Selecting what needs buying, moving and storing for the necessary furniture of the Sala Chamber
   1. the zafus and mat (there is no square mat in the main chamber, only one for Ajahn Amaro)
   2. chairs all around the walls (and tables?) 
   3. other furnitures and accessories (bells, tissues etc, ...)
5. Get trained on the ventilation, lighting, heating, window operation, etc. (how to use the room) and explain it to others
6. Getting trained on the usage of the PA system (see Audio Video)

Buying red chairs and Buckwheat

Red Chairs
How much we currently have,	110 red - 24 blue
How much is needed in the Temple (at max capacity for Saturday Workshop etc.),	30 red chairs for everyday use
How much will be needed in the new Sala (Sunday Talks, etc.)	100 for Sunday Talks
How much will be needed in the Temple and Sala at maximum capacity (at max capacity like Kathina)	?

Zafus
count the number of empty zafus	250 currently
estimate the quantity of buckwheat necessary	1.8 kg per zafus, 450kg total
check how many we need in total for the new Sala	250 + 200 (more coming)

Monks Area

   1. the cushions and mat
   2. chairs (and tables?)
   3. other furnitures and accessories (bells, tissues etc, ...)
2. Selecting what needs buying, moving and storing for the necessary furniture of the bowl washing area and reception
   1. soap dispenser
      
   2. Towels, etc.
3. Overseeing any need regarding the glass shrine (should not need much)
4. Get trained on the ventilation, lighting, heating, window operation, etc. (how to use the room) and explain it to others
5. Getting trained on the usage of the PA system (see Audio Video)
