Responsibility
- Setting up the camera in the new Sala (high priority)
- Starting with one camera, possibly able to be mounted on two location?
- Connecting the camera to the network for live-streaming
- Connecting the camera to the recorder for video editor
- Establishing a routine for the video officer and video editor and their operation
- Who will be in charge or operating, editing, posting, etc.
- Documenting the procedures
- Setting up the lighting (high priority)
- Setting up the AV room with all the items needed (work with audio team)
- Furnitures,
- Shelving
- etc.
- Setting up the projector
- We need to buy the projector (ultra short through doesn't have to be, but seems to be a good option)
- Electric Sockets are on the walls
- Video sockets ?
- Ethernet socket ?
- Contractor provide up to the socket (ceiling speakers are included)
- Screen is already installed, remote to control it. (should be fixed to the wall)
Budget
- There is a budget to buy equipment and furniture

- No portable equipment (easy training, low maintenance)
- Preferable fix, stationary equipment.
- Many cons for portable.
- Camera for Sunday talks, rarely used (12 a year)
- Other camera for different angle to record Aramoana?
- Temple camera works well and easy to use (preset) PTZ camera (expansive)

Levels of installation
Main install, main equipment is purchased and installed by contractors.
Client brief plug and play. Contractor provide up to the socket (ceiling speaker are included)
Audio Mixer desk and microphone need to be provided by us.
Cabinet, furniture, mics, ... is purchase with the transition budget.
Testing
- 4 micro socket to test
- Test the wireless mic receive, In front of the shires and in the eating area for monks.
- Micro in the cloister (another receiver)
